2010 Annual Meeting Report
|
The Annual Meeting for the Pickens County Educators' Federal Credit Union was on held Thursday, February 18, 2010, at the Credit Union building on South Peachtree Street in Liberty, SC.
A quorum was established and business was conducted.
The minutes from the last Annual Meeting (February 2009) were approved.
Reports were given by the: Treasurer, Supervisory Committee chairperson, and by the Nominating Committee chairperson.
An election was held to fill four (4) Board of Director positions. Election results: Judy Ferguson, Barry Robinson, Jan Miller, and Vickie Gibson, elected. These members serve a two year term representing you.
Door prizes winners were: Ron Chambers, Elaine Grogan, Maddie Ferguson, JC Ferguson
The meeting adjourned.
These minutes are pending approval at the next Annual Meeting in February 2011.
