Pickens County Educators' Federal Credit Union is owned by its members and run by a Board of Directors you elect.  You can be confident that your financial privacy is a top priority of the Credit Union.  We are required by law to give you this privacy notice to explain how we collect, use and safeguard your personal financial information.  If you have any questions please contact an employee at our office in Liberty, SC.

Pickens County Educators' Federal Credit Union collects non-public personal information about you from the following souces:

       Information we receive from your application or other forms.
       Information about your transactions with us.
       Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone except by law or authorized by you.

If you decide to terminate your membership or become and inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
